Chairman HEC

In morning program on City42 channel, Lahore  Mr.  Professor Dr. Mukhtar Ahmad was making lame excuses and raising hue and cry like a quarrelsome woman of down trodden localities. He was flattering himself on great scale. We are going to solve the problems of education. We should not think it a burden that we cannot do it. “ No, you should step ahead and you see we are enhancing in our work-ability.” We are this and we are that.

A question to him then we are all afraid of our education that it is never secure to have it. It is because that we cannot have its good response. All of us should be ashamed of our exalted claims and lofty slogans. We think that we are on the seat and we are doing all good. We become God in one way. You must see the situation in the concerned field that the condition of all Tech Universities has strangeness about complete information of full semester. This is being under the eye of HEC, Chairman. He is very sharp in charging heavy amounts. Where he is when students agitate against the confirmation of their degrees. Such officers enjoy the facilities stuffed into their mouth and asked but warned not to go against the r rulers. They are on sale and many others like them are easily available.

You see cynicism and hassles on his face when he is being interviewed, a bullish impression runs on his face. He looks angered and in spite of all settings when he is asked questions he is ambushed, entangled and makes faces. He is just like saying,” Do not you see that we are doing, I work from evening, I am present in my office and holding meetings.” What is he trying to forge that he is loyal. Is it the attitude of an educationist like he is, the Chairman, HEC Pakistan? Whatever you ask he is bullied and moreover makes awkward gestures.

I am not revolutionary or a radical agent but you must try to accept the reality.  You must not take things as granted.  Whoever is appointed on the post before you become your God Father? Who he is and what you know about education you must ask him questions about it. His vision, ideology and nothing is clear. He is an idol of making concoctions and nothing else. He will be retired after his tenure and he will surely and hundred percent become the education critic.  He will hold programs and seminars but this time he is negligent, unable and fraudulent.

HEC has made education very complicated. Do not compare the level of your education with foreign countries. They do search in things and collect information. How great and wonderful task they perform, I really appreciate. But here our parents are after such education that can give us job we are actually poor country. HEC follows foreign authors and they are searchers. But unfortunately we are crammers. HEC is covetous and wish to be rich overnight. Actually Chief Minister Punjab is after tem he instructs them to show some work. They goad him up and want cheap praise from him.

Sorry HEC I do not like it.
