Child abusive with abduction and kidnapping in pakistan

Abduction is the case of lust of sex. Kidnap and many seizures are taking place in Pakistani society for a long period. It has been an old event but now with the help of media and internet has come to scene openly. Moreover, the use of mobile camera is making it very common. But this is very inhuman act and it is not for advertisement on city corners. When such an event is known we must think that human beings are still the savages of caves. No progress has done any good for the moral values. In olden days, it happened that there was no difference between mother and daughter. No respect was priority but only gratification was target. Man was like an animal where he found any chance he made his goal and ended after satisfying sex-appetite.

It is becoming the same in Pakistan where such animals are wandering in search of preys. They must be located after the incident so that there may be low chances of future occurrence. Such criminals should be punished among masses and stoned to death. It is very heart-breaking and disgusting event. Such criminals like savages of stone-age should be arrested at once in first time. Police should make strenuous efforts to seize them. It is in their duty to provide justice to the affected family and the innocent child. All members concerned must make strong policy to stop it in future. In an area of Lahore, (Panjab ) Pakistan ,Mughalpura a lass, namely Sumbal-5 years innocent girl was kidnapped and raped brutally. It has been reported that police force has increased the investigation circle to great extent. It can help to arrest the criminals. In Lahore case the sketch of the criminal has been released on television, all police stations of Lahore city and other channels to arrest him. But o clue has been traced yet. Police has not been a success in this adventure. They could not arrest the man who took the girl to Sir Ganga Ram hospital.

Police could not have any clue from two arrested persons, shahzad-rubbish dealer and zafar who resemble the criminal. They proved innocent and had no link with the incident at all. Even three guards of the hospital namely AbdulQudos, Shahbaz and Mohammad Bahkash were held in prison for the case but were discharged clear. Forensic lab results proved that the blood sample of DNA does not match the suspected people. According to camera footage report Sumbal was dropped by some young guy at 6.47pm at hospital gate. itl could not be decided what to do at that spot with the girl. She was in senses but in police station she became senseless. Then after that she was admitted to the hospital.   

   Doctors on the hand are not clear after the complete check-up that how many times the lass was made ready for intercourse. It is police idea that the criminals were not habitual if that was so they could not have taken her to hospital. Police also doubts that the victim already knew the criminals and taking this point in mind police is collecting facts from nearby people. It is being considered that the same man kidnapped Ahmad and then Sumbal to Services and Ganga Ram Hospitals respectively. There is a great link between these two incidents. But Sumbal was caught by some other man who took the advantage of the situation.

Sumbal came to her senses and made her statement record to police. She said that they were three in number.  They had a white car in which they took her in a vacant house. One of them gave her ice-cream and crispy cake to eat. After that she knew nothing. Police has arrested four men who resemble the suspected and a local ice-cream factory owner. Investigation is being made in it. Two more suspected have more closeness one of them is Zafar Iqbal, the massage man and other is Safdar from Mozzafar Garh. Zafar Iqbal has more resemblance with the young man who took to her hospital and police found the shirt of the suspected. Now police would get DNA of both the arrested ones.

Many cases like it happen daily. Unluckily,  it was that some girl was not recovered after kidnapping on Multan Road, Chohang near Lahore. Police seems very helpless in all matters. Commoners feel that there is no law and implementation of anything and in the reaction they protest. People are losing confidence on police and defense of Panjab law enforcement agencies. All are very annoyed of police performance.

 A laborer’s three and half years girl, Maliaka of Kabeer Town was kidnapped in front of home. He reported in nearby police station of Thoker Niaz Baig but not a least action was taken over his pledge. He with some people blocked the main road and also threw stone and abused police. They also burnt tyres and a long line of traffic jam stood there till end of tussle.  In the response police also reacted against the protest. S.P Awais Malik reached the spot to have dialogues with victim’s father and reassured him for his daughter’s recovery. All Protestants dispersed.  This is only a consolation for time-being.

In an area of Dariya Khan- Bhakker, police performance was satisfying where a man was arrested and girl was taken to hospital at once. It happened that a neighbor namely Makbol raped an eleven year girl. But he was arrested. She came to his home and he took its full advantage. Siraye Mahajer police station took the girl to hospital and boy of 17 years was sent behind the bars for further action.

Chief Minister Panjab, Shahbaz Shareef has issued orders for arrest of all criminals involved in such cases. He reassured the family of Sumbal that it is a test case for Panjab Police to arrest the criminals. He has been a successful minister in justice. His active part may settle hard cases. He asserted that police should sharpen all resources to arrest all involved. On the other hand if this is not resolved some serious action will be taken against police force of Panjab. He had a meeting with I.G Panjab to hold the increasing crimes in province. He is not only threatening force departments but might take some practical steps.   

Chief Minister stressed to use all scientific and social aid method to stop the ways of criminals. Everyday happening of rape and kidnapping cases is polluting the society. It is failure of police department that criminals are at large. They have no fear and committing their vicious intentions. Police knows it better that where crime is being celebrated and who is the main culprit. But they have no hand on them because some assembly members are involved in the recruitment of police officers. These officers support the crime holders and back up them in and out the jail. If someone is caught then what happens he is discharged on bail. Some currency notes buy his conscientious and he easily involves in this monotonous job.  In spite of the fact that they are handsomely paid but still lust of money is not satisfied in them. They can easily run their household expenditure in 20,000 Rs in start. Even if it is not enough then they are righteous in making unfair dealing.   

If defense is not your strong point everyone should be victim of the criminals. May God alight from sky such militia that will control the beasts in shape of human beings  and police force is quite unable to resolve the controversy of theft, dacoit, kidnap, rape, snatching, robbery, murder, bomb blasting, tyranny and many more. Even there is no peace in city some shooters come and fire at passer by and kill them nothing. It is either their craze or aim it can not be detected. It is a great thing that it should be resolved. But police can detect and resolve it with an iron hard. The force has rights and power with which they can do it. But it is unknown fact why is not an action taken against corrupt elements. Who is behind them that stop them from noble duty. We must pray that some good should happen in Pakistan by the grace of God.                     

      Law and court are not playing a positive role in this regard. This is expected from court that a strict action should be taken over this monotony of crime. It seemed that this is not their liability to proceed against crime except demanding high salary and facilities for family. Everybody in Pakistan says that he is poor and has low status but no improvement is shown by his or her part. A regrettable scene is everywhere by everyone. No one is going to negate his self but others are wrong in his view point. Police, law and court- high and supreme are at dirge.  Children are father and mother of tomorrow and losing respect and society itself involves in it. Is it disgracing or not? Who will do justice with them?

Law minister is quite at this time because he can not do anything. He has no planning and mind set for nation. He is busy at other project for buying and selling his future prospects. Why must he see all ways; he has only two eyes like us; he needs not; it is not his family members and it has not happened with his dear ones. If it had happened with his daughter, he would have put the real criminals behind the bars and hanged him to death. Police is a department only for maintaining peace for rich members of assembly.
