APC for Taliban to have dialogue in pleasant way

APC- All Parties Conference, held in Islambad, Capital of Pakistan, on 09-09-2013 against terrorism to resolve a hot issue.  Twenty eight members of twelve political parties joined the session on PM-Mian Nawaz Sharif‘s invitation. Army Chief General Ashfaq Pervaiz Kayani‚ Director General ISI Zaheerul Islam Abbasi‚ governor KPK ‚ chief ministers of four provinces‚ PPP leaders Mahdoom Ameen Fahim and Syed Khurshid Shah‚ PTI Chairman Imran Khan‚ JUI-F Maulana Fazlur Rahman‚ PML-Q Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain‚ PML-F leaders Pir Sibghatullah Rashdi and Imtiaz Sheikh‚ Jamaat-e-Islami leader Liaquat Baloch‚ Muttahida Qaumi Movement leaders Farooq Sattar and Haider Abbasi Rizvi‚ Awami National Party leader Haji Adeel‚ Pakhtunkhwa Milli Awami Party Chief Mehmood Khan Achakzai‚ Balochistan National Party-M Chief Akhtar Mengal‚ National Party leader Mir Hasil Bizenjo‚ Jamiat Ahl-e-Hadith Chief Allama Sajid Mir‚ Qaumi Watan Party Chief Aftab Ahmed Khan Sherpao‚ and Ghazi Ghulab Jamal and Abbas Afridi from Fata. But Sheikh Rasheed of Pakistani Muslim League Awami party and Ijaz ul Haq Zia group were not invited. All agreed on one agenda to have dialogue with Taliban on terrorism issues in Pakistan. Mian Nawaz Sharif might think it a success to call a meeting and settle matters in an instance. It takes time to decide about fate of people when it is designed by others unseen forces. It is rather very hard to know the hidden fact what other may focus and what not. It has been long enough era now for we have lost a lot of lives in the name of terrorism. Now nothing can be spared; even everything is at stake; nobody is sure off that he may lead a sound and safe life in Pakistan and live a happy life. No one is at peace and calm. Hustle and bustle is dancing on everyone’s face. Any man seems to be saying ‘please no comment on bomb-blasting, somebody saying no comment on dearness, some seems saying ‘ I can not say it has become fashion in Pakistan,’ load-shedding, terrorism, dearness, extortion, foreign aggression on borders and much more: it is all regrettable.
APC, with all political party members are in a try to display the result which will make the mare go but for time-being. Every politician is busy in television and stage interviews retrieving one same sentence on different channels. With many pros and cons every leader is presenting his party with party interest or according to the dictation of Hi-command leader. Every leader is taking an active part but when action is needed all will smirk and be spurious and flee to unknown place. No practical anticipation has been observed by any commoner of Pakistan. All former leaders have been doing what present are doing now. This is not a new story but a concocted one with new upturn. The enemies of Pakistan are targeting solidarity and integrity. Islamization is endangered as well. Some external powers never want to see Pakistan on map of world.  United Nations guard Asian countries against sensitive issues as terrorism. But for some years the role of United Nations is not so ideal as it must be.
Hearing that Nawaz government is willing to have dialogue with them took a positive step as well by Taliban. They have called a meeting of Central Committee on Friday, 13th September, 2013. It is a good sign that they are ready to have dialogue with the present government. By analyzing the gesture we may openly say that Nawaz Sharif may convince Taliban to cease fire in the country and let his men take part in the development of country. It is according to the PM that no foreign investor is ready to come and start work in Pakistan on insecurity issues.
If we observe Taliban‘s view they accept openly what they have committed. The example is the murder of two members of KPK, Taliban do not take the responsibility of assassinating these two parliamentarians, Faridullah shah and Imran Khan of PTI. Neither have they accepted of doing anything in KPK and Balochistan, it means that some other agencies have done this atrocity. Taliban say that they are studying government manifesto this time.
Karachi issue is very special one in this respect. Terrorists are dancing and crushing humanity under elephant’s foot. Ruthless killing is on play. Life security is very rare there. People are afraid to even breathe there. An unknown fear roams in every inch and has deserted every path of Karachi. This city was once known for lights, hustle-bustle and smiles. There was no difference of day and night. People thought their right to have a permanent abode in there. For there was an activity and life but now people prefer to leave it for ever on good choice. The center of progress where there is PIA, Pakistan Steel Mills, business opportunity and all import & export houses. Now with low chances of employment what people earn goes in the name of ‘BHATTA’- Extortion. Non-serious government is life-claiming property for every citizen. Life is at stake in Karachi. Mothers are becoming childless. Some women are becoming widow. This may not lead to civil war which is not a good sign for country. Already neighboring country countries are in the try to start fight against Pakistan. They may get a chance to fuel the burning fire.
The question is that Ranger soldiers have been called on action to take hold of Karachi situation and by the evidence they are somewhat good also. Sherjeel Memon-leader PPP, Pervaiz Rasheed-leader PMLN, Umer Cheem-leader PTI and some other Sunni Itehad accepted that Rangers are doing good job in controlling Karachi. For some Rangers with the help of Policemen are also taking part. All party members are not willing that army should take up to fight against Taliban or what so ever external pressure.
On the other hand, drone attacks are also aggravating the situation. Mostly Taliban are target of these attacks. Nawaz government said before coming into power that they will stop drone attacks. Where are they gone now? The people who are at war have now the chance of dialogue for better communication if it is lost once everything will be lost. Government is on cooperative part. Every governing member should be one on one platform, should work with good intension and honesty. If any explosion happens it will affect dialogue. But dialogue procedure should not be disturbed and continued. There may be some conspiracy of spoiling peace terms in Pakistan after settling dialogue pursuance. ANP & MQM are enemies of Taliban so both parties will not have direct dialogue with Taliban. On the other hand, Taliban also have no interest to talk with ANP or MQM. Pakistan Army also does not want to have conference with Taliban because soldiers of army have been martyred by Taliban. What may come the result of APC every one may look to it. But according to historical perspective it looks that nothing special will be on scene except some interviews and open-hearted comments.

Taliban charge against Pakistan that we’ Taliban’ are not informed by to be blasted by America. America is killing them with drone attacks. If this matter is not solved that America does not stop her action then United Nations would be contacted in this respect. Taliban want that drone attach should be checked if Pakistan may warn America. It has been an old tradition of ’give & take’. Unanimous agreement of all parties under one flag is very necessary for strengthening country. New policies if applicable can make Pakistan stable and strong and mere show of talk will create chaotic condition. Observing these facts keenly it must be considered that FATA should be a separate province of Pakistan like other, and then many troubles will be solved.  We are fighting against Taliban blindly with no surety; either he may be someone else behind the scene. It  is not final to say who is after his enemy or friend but is some radical element that does not want peace in the world. For peace is an inner-word, it comes from inside. We must always to Almighty God to spread his showering so that world peace is essential for every living.
