Sub: permanent Recruitment of Daily Wages Workers (A.G Office, Lahore)
On 12th May, 2017 ‘The Daily Nawa e Waqt’ published news about recruitment policy 2017after amendment by federal cabinet to permanent the daily wages workers. How miserable dictation being done, you may view it, “further their contract has not been extanded”, office order dated 09-05-2017.  With what type of negligence would have been with the case of daily wages workers? CG A.G Punjab is not issuing orders in workers’ favor
 Moreover, the workers are natives of Punjab. Is it that now we should support PTI and not Muslim League. PTI is providing good education and promoting jobs on merit. Favorite jobbery is being exercised in Punjab with hi fi salary packages in LDA, WASA and other departments.  
 GOOD GOVERNANCE should listen that they have not delivered anything but Lollypops; even it may be their thinking to snatch them and at this tender age the youth must study. Every daily wages worker’s age is between 19 and23.  But Mr. Nawaz Sharif and Co are creating fuss. The poor lot of young people was posted and they thanked God that they would not have to burden their parents financially. On the contrary, they were eliminated and became helpless. The same old industrial attitude was exercised with the youth when your work is finished and you say,’ no more now.’
Moreover, not paying the daily wages workers their two month’s amount in wages. There is a mafia that youth should come and they do not deserve to demand anything in return. The concerned department officer has been solacing the workers not to go on strikes. It is a right not to violate rules. Then, Shame for the office is that they appointed staff. It is evident that the staff remained calm and quite in working circles but what they faced termination. They were handed a letter of ’therefore they are no more allowed to mark their attendance and to work in this office’.        
Furthermore, ’Contingent’ means dependent on Government it is laughable mark that Mr. Nawaz Sharif is being fed by the Pakistani Nation and not Pakistani Nation by Him. He is making Orange Line Project, CPEC, Purple Line Project and Blue Line project. But people are finding jobs and then they are terminated without stable and sound reason.
We again say’ Daily Wages Workers’ were not paid full wages of 89 days complete. Rs, 550/- was their return as per day.
Astonishing fact is that government non serious behavior against vacancies of youth and no more consideration is at the scene.  More amazing that federal cabinet approved recruitment policy on 12th April, 2017. But no action was taken. High authority should take prior notice to resolve the streaming issue of poor workers. We appeal the following authorities for resolving the case in workers’ favor.

Local Body Elections in Pakistan

All members of elected Government are having an eye on technocrats that how they work to make them successful. But it is no more a miracle now. It is obvious that the elected members have full control over the beau crates. The members who are elected through these elections are the fast relations of the former.
