Law abiding

Legal adventurer works and yearns to correct the erratic routines. Law demands a lot of workings and mental exertion. He works as per his mental caliber and accords his action to the situation. He confirms his office and starts his advocacy. His manner of pleading cases should be equipped with qualified acumen and insight. He is considered as a solicitor of values. His high sense of morality with social aspects grants him high pedestal in society. People give him importance because of his deeming personal. He is reckoned a renowned figure of fame.      

Law is made to maintain peace and its values. It is for the welfare and betterment of society. Man is the center of all societies. It is an essential part of every home, office, business, industry and parlor. Even libraries in schools, colleges and universities are not out of its range. It is obvious that it is applied in all fields of life in Islamic jurisprudence; there are many laws with codes and implications. Inferno without this law is waiting for man’s survival. He is caught red handed and captured behind the bars. In Islam, law is equal to all and no one is out of its commandment. Even if a ruler’s son or daughter commits any crime is pushed forward for decision.

Decisions and their applications on them are very significant in sense of the word. Lawyers are very qualified in applying their practices in courts. Judges hear the cases and petitions to resolve the matter. Many cases in one day are heard and decisions are made on them. People rush towards law cambers for seeking justice. Some criminal also ponders over his forgiveness even if he is guilty. But the innocent deems his self. Law abidance makes life easy and simple. Man follows its path and spends comfortable life.

Discrimination of law between good and bad is very theme of the day. Law is a weapon that works for the betterment of humanity. No poor or rich clan is entertained on the behalf of any priority.  Eye of law sees the evidence. It demands proof and material for justification. It is an overall belief that law provides equal justice. Either it is case of property, wealth distribution, murder, divorce, accident or any matter of life. In business, there are many issues to be found but they are settled with the help of laws. Some businessmen are habitual of using corrupt ways to be rich overnight. They adopt unfair means to extort monetary benefits. Unfair means earn wealth but no sense. It is often seen that most of businessmen are law breakers. Their monopoly wants to dominate every fertile circle.

Supremacy of law is with sections and codes applications. Unfortunately, in developing countries like Pakistan, law application is disfigured in its real shape. Law abiders are law breakers. Implementation is very spoiled and imprisoned in some hands. Law is sold on high prices. For instance, a murderer is saved with wrong evidences. Nobody is concerned with any justification and no heed is paid on who is right and who is wrong? The frenzy of money making wins and some corrupt lawyers stuff their pockets with cheques.  Their bank deposits are busy day and night. People come and bribe a handsome amount.

The condition of whole jurisprudence is chaotic. Thieves and culprits are at large in the city and town areas. They roam and make best of their bargain. Police is also supporting their cases and giving them protection. No detection is made over this sensitive. All politicians are against illegal process but nobody is after its correction.  Actually if you are not making any path to its right then you are also a part of it. No field of our life is without law and its implementation. Parliamentarians are not serious in law abidance. Law is modified according to the profiteering interests of high position people.

Surgical strikes from Indian Army on 29^th September, 2016 on LOC are not a fair matter. Pakistani Govt. should pass a resolution in assembly to tackle security issue. In Kashmir content politicians should seek shelter from International Peace Council. Unluckily, law agencies are not strong and even they do not know the real acknowledgement. On high moral grounds, these offices lack education. Lawyers do not know about law completely. Some lawyers learn about law with passage of time and later it is called experience. The more you read, the more you get. Lawyers’ beat of learning is low graded and has many flaws. Some do not know how to file the case. They cannot writ the petition and hear the case. A lawyer knows almost all aspects of his concerned field. He is like a jack of all trades in one way. He deals with life and its complications. He has to resolve the matter. If a lawyer is ignorant of his knowledge he is a disaster of society.

God says in Quran that He is aware of the wrong doers. It means in his office every activity is traced and recorded properly. In some places of world, it happens that proper record is kept in safety for locating the criminals.  In America and European countries, cameras have been installed on traffic signals, street corners, road crossings, important buildings, mall shops and business circles. Police force and law implementation agency maintain law and apply peace. Technology is very supportive in this sense and it has made it easier to examine the whole world at your home. Lie detection machine also gives some clues to trace the crimes. Videos can be made to help law. Modern equipment is in use to record the cases. Computer techniques are applied for e-mail and composing files. A better way of communication is used in high courts and supreme courts. All files are saved in computer hard diskette for reviewing the desired results.

The place plays an important role and it signifies the position of lawyer. Unfortunately, the lawyers’ lodges exist on ground areas with temporary roofs. If there is a second or third storey the position is not so satisfactory. It is because of furniture. The chairs and tables they use area second rated.  The furniture is half broken. If it rains there is no stable shelter for groundlings.  Only the verandas are safe place to hide for. The people who come for justice become afraid that lawyer will claim a handful of money. Pakistani courts are seldom in better position. Actually the whole dealing or red tape is done through contacts and bribery. People make their mare go with money.

If a solicitor is having direct approach to justice, he is successful. He can handle any complication. There are many secrets behind this friendly relation. Saturnalia means everything in this field. Every work is done by hook or by crook. No distinction is taken into consideration. Social set up has no shape in Pakistan. On roads, you will find only one traffic warden without signals holding traffic under control. Young boys do one wheeling but there is no law agency to make any action. In daily common markets the hawkers exploit the commoners. They give them second rate vegetable, fruit, grocery and confectioners. Moreover, many cable channels have shown on the screen about such burglars. They charge heavy prices and make their profits.

Products of hi-fi companies are contaminated but what you can do. Govt. offices are not taking action against these wolves. The story of corruption in developing countries is never ending. There is law policy but it is not applied. The responsible people are not serious.
